do you book hotels only?
We can arrange a single luxury hotel stay, but our greatest value comes through full-service planning, where we consider the journey as a whole- from accommodations and transportation to experiences and dining. Ideally, our relationship grows with every trip. The more we travel together, the better we understand your preferences, your family, and what matters most, making each journey more personal than the last.

Booking online gives you endless options. Working with a travel advisor gives you perspective. Instead of spending hours sorting through hotels, reviews, and possibilities, you have a trusted expert who understands how you travel, knows what will truly suit your group, and can open the door to experiences you may never have discovered on your own. AI can give you an outline. It cannot give you firsthand experience or a relationship with the General Manager.

Yes. Our planning services are an investment in the expertise, insight, and thoughtful attention that go into creating a journey designed around you. Fees are based on the scope and complexity of your trip and will always be clearly discussed before we begin working together.
